Gbajabiamila promotes Olanrewaju-Smart to Chief of Staff, appoints 9 others. Wasiu Olanrewaju-Smart has been named as Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila’s new chief of staff.
Olanrewaju-Smart, who succeeds Sanusi Garba Rikiji as deputy chief of staff, held the position before to now.
When the congressman was the House Minority Leader and then the Majority Leader, he served as his research and media assistant.
The student representative council at the university was presided over by the Lead City University alumnus.
Olanrewaju-Smart worked in the National Assembly for his whole post-graduate career and in 2015 and 2019 oversaw the secretariat for Gbajabiamila’s Speakership Campaign.
Members of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and the All Progressives Congress are graduates of the United States International Visitors Leadership Program, located in Washington, D.C. (APC).
