A tragic incident took the life of Taraja Ramsess, a renowned actor and stuntman recognized for his contributions to films like Black Panther and The Avengers. On Halloween night, October 31, 2023, Taraja Ramsess, 41 years old, was driving a vehicle with his children on board when a collision occurred with a stationary tractor-trailer on a DeKalb County, Georgia highway exit.
Regrettably, this devastating accident claimed the lives of three of Taraja’s children, including his newborn daughter. The victims of the crash were Taraja, his 13-year-old daughter Sundari, 10-year-old son Kisasi, and eight-week-old daughter Fugibo. Tragically, Taraja and his daughters succumbed to their injuries that fateful Tuesday night, while son Kisasi was rushed to the hospital. Four days later, Kisasi, the 10-year-old, tragically passed away from his injuries.
Thankfully, Taraja’s three-year-old daughter Shazia survived the crash and is currently in the hospital, recovering from minor injuries. Another 15-year-old girl who was also in the car sustained minimal injuries.
The details regarding the cause of the collision are still unclear, though it has been confirmed that Taraja was driving at the time of the accident.
