Wizkid Apologizes To Puerto Ricans While Performing At The 2022 AfroNation Music Festival
Nigerian musician, Wizkid has apologized to his fans at this year’s AfroNation Music Festival.
Recall that Wizkid, Patoranking, Megan The Stallion, Shesee, King Promise, And Patrice Roberts were scheduled to perform on the last day of the 3 days music festival.

However, things took a different turn when Wizkid didn’t show on time and the other artist had to delay their performances a bit to buy him time. AfroNation US took to their official IG page to apologize for Wizkid being late.
According to them, Wizkid was unable to board his scheduled flight and they have extended the closing hours to enable their headliner to perform. They also shared a video of Wizkid in a Private Jet apologizing to fans and promising to make it to the show.
izkid after 5 hours of delay finally made to the festival ground and wasting no time in mounting the stage. While on stage Big Wiz paused his performance and apologised to Puerto Ricans for making them stand on their feet for extra hours. After the apology, Wizkid performed all his hit songs to make Puerto Ricans forget they waited hours for his arrival and also smile again.
